2.2 Keyword Data: When using SnapSEO services, you retain ownership of your keyword data. SnapSEO will not use, modify, or share your keyword data except as necessary to provide service or as required by law.

2.3 Payment: If you choose to make payments through our integrated Stripe payment system, you agree to provide accurate billing information. SnapsEO does not store payment information on its servers. Payments rely on the secure processing of Stripe.

2.4 Changes to Services: SnapSEO may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. SnapSEO is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

3. Privacy

3.1 Data Collection: The collection and use of your personal information are governed by SnapSEO’s Privacy Policy. By using SnapSEO services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: SnapSEO retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to our services. You may not use SnapSEO branding, trademarks, or any content from the service without our explicit permission.

5.1 Termination by Users: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within your account. Upon termination, any outstanding payments are still due.

5.2 Termination by Us: SnapSEO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

6.1 Updates: SnapSEO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of SnapSEO services after the changes indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.
